“First Birthday” Guidelines

Who Can Submit

1. Entrants must be legal U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older and reside in the KTVI viewing area.

How To Submit

2.  Submit via www.fox2now.com  website by uploading a high resolution .jpg photo of child to air on KTVI a 11:00 a.m. and  KTVI weekends Saturdays 7:00 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. and Sundays 7:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.

3. Sponsor is not responsible for error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware, or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry, winner(s) or other giveaway information by Sponsor or entrants for any reason whatsoever. Sponsor is also not responsible for any injury or damage to any entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any materials in the giveaway or for entries that are late, misdirected or incomplete. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATIONS OF THE GIVEAWAY IS A VIOLATION OF THE CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the giveaway if it becomes technically corrupted.

4. Submissions must be received one week prior to child’s first birthday.  Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries or for printing errors.

5. Multiples should appear in one photo together.  Individual submissions will not be accepted.

6. All submissions received from ineligible entrants will be void. All submissions become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

The Prizes

7.There are currently no prizes.

8. The winners are responsible for paying all local, county, state, and federal taxes on bounceback offer based on the estimated retail value as communicated to submitters.

10. These guidelines are available Monday through Friday during normal business hours at KTVI, 2250 Ball Drive; St. Louis, Missouri 63110 and at www.fox2 now.com.

11. By entering, entrants represent that they are eligible and agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the judges, and to release Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by or arising out of this giveaway or any prize awarded.

12. This giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Sponsor is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, offering, or administration of the giveaway, or in the announcement of the prize.

13. By entering, participants represent that they are eligible, and agree (a) to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the judges, (b) to release Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, and (c) to Sponsor’s use of participants’ personal information as described in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy located at www.fox2now.com.
