FOX 2’s “MU vs IL” Giveaway
Who Can Enter
1.Entrants must be Missouri or Illinois residents who are 18 years of age or older and have lawful access to the Internet with a valid e-mail address.
2.Employees of Local TV LLC. Inc., St. Louis Sports Commission, Hyundai Dealers, McDonald’s and Enjoy a Local (collectively, “Sponsor”), and their affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members of each are ineligible.
How To Enter
3.No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Limit one entry per person per email address. The giveaway begins when posted on July 26, 2010, and all entries must be received by noon local time on August 27, 2010.
4.There are two ways to enter (i) stop by any participating Enjoy A Local* restaurant located in the Greater St. Louis Metro Area and pick up an entry form and complete it with your name, home address, phone number and birthdate. Mail your entry to “MO vs. IL Giveaway”, c/o Fox 2, 2250 Ball Drive, St. Louis, MO 63146 or (ii) access the on-line contest entry form on the Fox 2 web site at www.fox2now.com and follow all instructions to complete the on-line contest entry form. No mechanically addressed, reproduced, or completed entries will be accepted. Entry constitutes an assignment to Sponsor of all intellectual property rights in the entry materials, if any. Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission to use winners’ names, hometowns, likenesses, and photographs for broadcast, online posting, or in any other media, including, without limitation, for advertising and publicity purposes, and/or any advertising and publicity without additional compensation.
5.Sponsor is not responsible for error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware, or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry, winner(s) or other giveaway information by Sponsor or entrants for any reason whatsoever. Sponsor is also not responsible for any injury or damage to any entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any materials in the giveaway or for entries that are late, misdirected or incomplete. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATIONS OF THE GIVEAWAY IS A VIOLATION OF THE CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the giveaway if it becomes technically corrupted.
6.Five winners will be selected by random drawing from among valid entries on or about August 27, 2010.
The Prize
7.Five winners will each receive four tickets to the State Farm Arch Rivalry game (Missouri vs. Illinois Football) on Saturday, September 4, 2010 at approximately 10:00 a.m. at Edward Jones Dome. Time is subject to change. Each prize package is valued at $180.
8.The winners will be contacted by phone on August 27, 2010. Winners will be required to complete, sign and return a Certification of Eligibility and Release within 2 days of the date of notification or they will be disqualified. If a winner cannot be reached, or if a winner does not return the Certification of Eligibility and Release within the designated time period, the prize will not be awarded.
9.Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for any other items by the winners. The winners cannot assign or transfer prize. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a comparable prize of like or greater value, including cash, for any prize, for any reason.
10.The winners are responsible for all local, county, state, and federal taxes on prizes based on the value of the prizes set forth in these rules.
11.Individuals are eligible to win only one prize within any 30-day period, regardless of the number of giveaways entered. Winners must claim the prize by September 3, 2010 at noon or the prize will be forfeited.

12.Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
These giveaway rules are available Monday through Friday during normal business hours (between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.) at KTVI FOX 2, MU vs. IL Contest, 2250 Ball Drive, St. Louis, MO 63146 and at fox2now.com through September 1, 2010.
13.For a list of prize winners, send a separate, self-addressed, stamped envelope after August 27, 2010 to: KTVI FOX 2, MU vs IL Game, 2250 Ball Drive, St. Louis, MO 63146.
14.This giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law, including without limitation, in jurisdictions requiring registration, filing, trust account, or posting of a bond, or any other requirements or disclosures that are not expressly satisfied by these rules. Sponsor is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, offering, or administration of the giveaway, or in the announcement of the prize.
15.By entering, participants represent that they are eligible, and agree (a) to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the judges, (b) to release Sponsor, its parent, subsidies, affiliates and related entities, and the officers, directors, employees, licensees, agents and assignees of each from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, and (c) to Sponsor’s use of participant’s personal information as described in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy located at www.fox2now.com.
