Wedding Wishes Contest Rules - 2010
Who Can Enter
1. Entrants must be legal U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older.
2. Employees of KTVI-TV, Community Television of Missouri, Local TV LLC, Salon Blanca, McArthurs Bakery, Complete Fitness, Stephen Guebert Photography, Fun Tyme Limousine, Tiger Travel Service, St. Louis Photobooth, The Grand Opera House, and The Big Bang and their affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members of each are ineligible.
How To Enter
3. The contest will begin on Monday, June 14th, 2010 at approximately 6am CT and end Monday, August 30, 2010 at approximately 12:00pm CT. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Only one entry per household. To participate in the Contest, submit your entry at www.fox2now.com . All entries must be received no later than 12:00pm Monday, August 30, 2010 and will become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned to the contestant. No automatically addressed, reproduced, or completed entries will be accepted. Each entrant must include name, home address, phone number and birth date. (i) Access the on-line contest entry form on the FOX 2 website at www.fox2now.com and follow all instructions to complete the on-line contest entry form. No mechanically addressed, reproduced, or completed entries will be accepted.
Sponsor is not responsible for error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware, or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry, winner(s) or other giveaway information by Sponsor or entrants for any reason whatsoever. Sponsor is also not responsible for any injury or damage to any entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any materials in the giveaway or for entries that are late, misdirected or incomplete. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATIONS OF THE GIVEAWAY IS A VIOLATION OF THE CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the giveaway if it becomes technically corrupted.
5. Contest will run from June 14, 2010 and end on August 30, 2010 at 12 pm. Winner will be notified by phone/email on or around September 2, 2010. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries or for printing errors.
6. Winners will be selected in accordance with the criteria announced when entries are solicited. Winner will be selected at random on or around September 2, 2010. All other costs not specifically stated herein, including, but not limited to, taxes, meals, tips and ground transportation, are the responsibility of the winner. Taxes are solely the responsibility of the winner. Winner must adhere to all expiration dates and rules regarding each prize. In addition, vacations are approved on a promotional basis & are subject to availability. Blackout dates do apply. This trip is valid through December 10, 2010. Travel dates are final and will not be extended. Travel is not permitted during holiday periods including both 5 days prior and after. Trips are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Apple Vacations reserves the right to substitute the vacation with another of equal value, equal Apple rating or within the same hotel chain should any unforeseen circumstance occur. Hotel to be determined by Apple Vacations. Trips are valid for 2 adults ONLY per room and do not include any special promotions. NO room upgrades. All persons traveling must be 18 years of age or over, unless a traveler under 18 is accompanied by at least one adult who is the parent or legal guardian of the minor. Winner and travel companion are responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) where applicable, at their option, and hereby acknowledge that the Contest Entities have not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. Winner and travel companion must sign a Publicity, Liability Waiver and Travel Release form prior to traveling. If a selected event is unable to take place as scheduled, for reasons such as cancellation, Act of God, preemption, postponement or unavailability, or for any reason beyond the control of the Contest Entities, the Contest Entities’ sole responsibility to a Winner will be to award the remaining available portion of the prize and no substitution will be provided for unawarded portion of prize. All Contest Entities are subject to availability and the terms and conditions as specified by issuer.
7. All entries received from ineligible entrants will be void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Decision of station management with respect to the Contest are final.

Tiger Travel Service/Apple Vacations(1) four-night trip to Iberostar Paraiso Maya, in Riviera Maya, Mexico for two adults departing from STL. Trip includes four-night accommodations, round-trip charter air, transfers to/from resort, non-motorized watersports, all food/drinks and the assistance of an in-resort Apple Representative. Trip is valid for travel through December 10, 2010. Taxes, insurance and additional expenses (such as optional excursions, spa treatments, phone calls, souvenirs) are the sole responsibility of the winner. All vacations are approved on a promotional basis & are subject to availability. Blackout dates do apply.

9. Winners will be notified by email or phone September 2, 2010. Winners must complete, sign and return a Certification of Eligibility and Release, and W9 which must be received within 7 days of notification.
10. If a winner does not respond to notification or does not timely return the Certification of Eligibility and Release, that prize will be awarded to an alternate winner who will be selected by random drawing, time permitting.
11. Prizes can not be redeemed for cash or substituted for any other items by the winner(s). The winner(s) cannot assign or transfer prize. Prizes are subject to availability and winner must adhere to each prize value. Winner is responsible for all elements over and above the prize. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a comparable prize of like or greater value, including cash, for any prize, for any reason. The expiration date and rules of each prize offered vary.
12. The winners are responsible for paying all local, county, state, and federal taxes on prizes based on the estimated retail value of the prizes as communicated to winners.
13. Only one prize will be awarded per household. Individuals are eligible to win only one prize within any 30-day period, regardless of the number of giveaways entered. Winner must claim the prize within 7 days after notification or the prize will be forfeited.

14. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
15. These rules are available Monday through Friday during normal business hours at KTVI FOX 2, 2250 Ball Dr., St. Louis, MO 63146 and at www.fox2now.com between June 14, 2010 and August 30, 2010.
16. For a list of prize winners, send a separate, self-addressed, stamped envelope to: KTVI FOX 2, 2250 Ball Dr., St. Louis, MO 63146 after September 2, 2010.
17. By entering, entrants represent that they are eligible and agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the judges, and to release Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by or arising out of this giveaway or any prize awarded.
18. This giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Sponsor is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, offering, or administration of the giveaway, or in the announcement of the prize.
19. By entering, participants represent that they are eligible, and agree (a) to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the judges, (b) to release Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, and (c) to Sponsor’s use of participants’ personal information as described in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy located at www.fox2now.com.
