America’s Incredible Pizza Company Contest Rule’s

Who Can Enter

Entrants must be Missouri or Illinois residents who are 18 years of age or older and live in the KTVI FOX 2 viewing area.

Employees of Local TV, LLC and America’s Incredible Pizza Company, (collectively, “Sponsor”) and their affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members of each are ineligible.

How to Enter

No purchase is necessary to enter. Enter as often as you like.

Access the on-line contest entry form on the FOX 2 web site at www.fox2now.com and follow all instructions to complete the on-line contest entry form. No mechanically addressed, reproduced, or completed entries will be accepted.  In the event of a dispute, Sponsor will deem each e-mail entry to have been submitted by the holder of the e-mail account from which it was sent.

Sponsor is not responsible for error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware, or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry, winner or other contest information by Sponsor or entrants for any reason whatsoever. All entries become the property of KTVI FOX 2 and will not be returned.  CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATIONS OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF THE CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.  Sponsor reserves the right to invalidate all e-mail entries if the web site becomes technically corrupted.

The contest starts on September 1st, 2009 and all entries must be received by KTVI FOX 2 by 11:59 PM on September 30th, 2009.  KTVI FOX 2 is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected mail or for printing errors.

The winner will be selected by random drawing from among valid entries on June 1st, 2009. 

All entries received that are mutilated, tampered with, illegible, or from ineligible entrants will be void.  All entries become the property of Local TV, LLC and will not be acknowledged or returned.

The Prize

Three winners will be selected. Winners will receive a prize package including one $50 gift card to America’s Incredible Pizza Company valid at the St. Louis and St. Peters, MO locations only. Winners are responsible for all additional travel related expenses, including, without limitation, gratuities, ground transportation, taxes and surcharges.

Winners will be notified by phone.  They must sign and return a release and affidavit of eligibility, which must be received within two days of notification.  Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission to use winner’s name, hometown, likeness and photographs for online posting, and/or advertising and publicity without additional compensation. 
If the winner does not timely return the affidavit of eligibility (or if a winner cannot be notified by phone after 3 attempts), that prize package will be awarded to an alternate winner, who will be selected by random drawing.

Prizes are not transferable for cash by winner.  No substitution, transfer or assignment of prizes by winner is allowed.  Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a comparable prize of like or greater value, including cash, for any prize, for any reason.

The winner is responsible for paying all local, county, state, and federal taxes on prizes based on the estimated retail value of the prize as set forth in these rules. 

Odds of Winning; Miscellaneous

Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

Complete contest rules are available Monday through Friday during normal business hours (between 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.) at KTVI Fox 2, 2250 Ball Drive, St. Louis, MO 63143 or by visiting the FOX 2 website at www.fox2now.com.

For the names of the prize winner’s, send a separate, self-addressed, stamped envelope to America’s Incredible Pizza Company Winner Name, KTVI FOX 2, 2250 Ball Drive, St. Louis, MO 63143 until October 18, 2009.

This contest is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted.  KTVI FOX 2 and America’s Incredible Pizza Company accept no responsibility or liability in connection with any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by or resulting from the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize awarded hereunder. 

By entering, participants represent that they are eligible, and agree (a) to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the judges, (b) to release Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, and (c) to Sponsor’s use of participant’s personal information as described in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy located at www.fox2now.com,
