Owner Bill Clayton has 20 years of baking experience in the St. Louis area, having worked in some of St. Louis’ best restaurants and bakeries and under many fine pastry chefs. Today, he brings to you the Old St. Louis baking style that existed back when immigrants from Europe first came to this city.
Clayton’s Bakery & Deli has everything from bread and rolls to decorated cakes, cookies and seasonal delicacies. The Deli portion of the bakery serves hearty sandwiches made with the finest meats and cheeses and fresh-baked bread right from the bakery.
